Community Standards

UNPLUG only works if everyone at the table is who they say they are and shows up in good faith. Most of these aren't really rules — they're just how grown humans behave when they share a meal. We're writing them down because clarity is kinder than vagueness.
What We Expect
Show up as yourself.
Real name. Real photo. Real intent. The whole point of UNPLUG is the version of you that isn't a profile.
Be kind to the table.
Five other humans agreed to sit across from you. Treat them like that mattered. Ask questions. Listen. Make space.
Phones in the jail.
When the jail closes, it stays closed for 90 minutes. Don't ask for it. Don't sneak it. That's the deal.
Tip the staff, respect the venue.
The room you're in belongs to people who chose to host you. Leave it better than you found it.
Rate honestly.
Awkward is fine — that's part of the deal. Just be honest about it after, so we can build better tables next time.
